PDB Business Round Table- Leadership in the Workplace

Dr. Todd Diacon will provide eight observations on leadership in higher education, which are meaningful for all workplaces. His observations draw on his leadership experiences at three institutions: Kent State University, the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

At Kent State University, Diacon serves as the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost. He directs all academic matters at the 42,000 student university, and a budget of $435 million.
