The Port Authority issued $34,850,000 principal amount of revenue bonds for the purpose of providing funds for a 339-bed, three building, four-story housing facility and related facilities and improvements. The Village at NEOMED is intended to house primarily professional medical and pharmacy students, including researchers, faculty, staff and guests of the Northeast Ohio Medical University on their Rootstown Township campus.
