On March 5th PDB hosted a reception with Rikki Ellison, founder and chairman of the Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance (MDAA). MDAA is a non-profit organization which seeks to generate public support for the continued development and deployment of missile defense systems. Mr. Ellison spoke of the need for an east coast missile defense site and the status of Camp Garfield as a candidate.
